Conversion problems are usually easiest to solve when we can see the original text, the output you expected, and where you pasted it.

Report a conversion issue

Email [email protected] with these three details:

  1. The exact text you entered.
  2. Whether you selected Superscript or Subscript, then Formula or Tiny text.
  3. The output you expected and the app where you planned to use it.

Please do not send passwords, private documents, account numbers, or other sensitive information. A short sample such as 6.02e23 or abc123 is enough.

Privacy and advertising questions

Use the same address for privacy requests, cookie questions, and reports about an advertisement. Include the page URL and an approximate time if the issue concerns an ad or analytics behavior.
